Slackfit
Slackfit is a revolutionary new fitness concept that lets you join the slacklining trend indoors and in groups. Slackfit combines lifestyle, with training, the unique prompt character and joy of movement. In our teaching, we combine effectivity, coordination, stability, speed, body- sense and fun in a unique whole- body training. From a selection of over 80 exercises we form courses for all sorts of target groups.

Fabian Tjin
Physiotherapist
Fabian Tjin is a qualified Physiotherapist graduating from both Bond & Griffith Universities, with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science. Fabian prefers a hands-on and one-on-one approach to tailor a treatment to your specific needs. Recently he travelled to Germany to train to a Masters level on the use of Slacklining in exercise therapy. Combining his knowledge of Yoga and Pilates, Fabian uses Slackfit to help individuals achieve their exercise goals along with a greater self-awareness and improved mental resilience.
Katie Saddler
Exercise Physiologist & Remedial Massage Therapist
Katie Saddler is a qualified Remedial Masseus with a Diploma in Remedial Massage and a Diploma in Sports Development. Katie also has a Diploma in Fitness and is currently studying for her Bachelor of Exercise Science. Participating in different sports over the years such as Calisthenics, OzTag, AFL and Netball, Katie found her interest in the human anatomy, how the human body moved and why. Passionate about helping people achieve their goals she is now running the exercise classes.
Alex Wight
Physiotherapist
Alex has been working in private practice physiotherapy since graduating in 2009. He loves the variety that private practice has to offer and pushes himself to be at the cutting edge of treatment for all areas of the body.
He has been involved in research in low back pain and knee arthritis, as well as undertaken post graduate courses in dry needling and pelvic assessment techniques.
Alex provides hands-on assessment and treatment, then follows up with personalised advice to accelerate your recovery.
Henry Jiang
Physiotherapist
Henry has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Rehabilitation Sciences and his Masters in Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland. He is also a certified pilates instructor.
Henry is committed to establishing good working relationships with his patients and their families so that he can support them in returning to the activities they enjoy.
As well as English, Henry is fluent in Mandarin and can also speak a little Cantonese.
Winnie Tjin
Therapy Dog
Meet Winnie, the amazing therapy dog at our physiotherapy clinic! Winnie’s lively and welcoming demeanour transforms our space into a warm sanctuary for all our clients. Whether she’s cuddling up during sessions or simply spreading happiness with her fluffy charisma, Winnie is always willing to lend a paw. Winnie provides affection and emotional comfort, allowing patients coping with chronic pain and illness to be calm and engaged in the physiotherapy process. From offering support by sitting by their side during tough moments, to bringing cheer by greeting visitors, Winnie plays a crucial role in brightening our clients’ days.
Winnie is in the studio Monday to Friday.
