Exercise Classes: Essential Information

Who can participate?

At Physio by Design, we want you to be the best you can be. To encourage regular physical activity, our team invites everyone to come along and try out our exercise sessions. If you have any current medical conditions, are pregnant, have recently given birth or are over the age of 65, you may require medical clearance prior to participating in your first session with us.

What do I need to bring?

For all classes, you will need to bring a towel and water bottle.

What about equipment?

At Physio by Design, we endeavour to meet your needs as best we can. All equipment (including pilates mats) will be provided for use at our pilates matwork sessions. For slacklining sessions, slacklines and balance aids will be set up where necessary.

Can I come along to a session without a booking?

To ensure we adequately cater to everyone’s needs, please book your spot in a session at least 24 hours in advance.

How much will it cost?

Our pilates and slackfit classes are $20 for a casual session or $35 for a week. Physiotherapy sessions will vary on cost depending on your needs.

I have a voucher. How do I redeem it?

When booking your spot in a class, please advise us of the reference number of the voucher that you intend to use. Please bring this voucher with you to each session. We will keep track of your running balance until such time as your voucher has run out.
